The Last Dinner on the Titanic

If you're going down with the ship, you'd better enjoy your last
meal. Well, Michael didn't go down with the ship, but he did have a
taste of the delicacies the First-Class Titanic passengers enjoyed as
their last dinner.
Knute Apitz, owner of Grenadier's Restaurant in Milwaukee, put
together a dinner to remember, for a night to remember.
Michael and guest were served the menu items marked with an asterik (*). The wine served
was a 1996 Ockfener Bockstein Riesling Kabinett.
