The day after Easter is a day for the Polish Community in South Bend to celebrate the end of the Lenten diet restrictions and really eat up on sausages, eggs, coffee cake, and maybe a beer or two. Father Chrobot and Christopher Holvoet brought Michael some traditional Dyngus Day delicacies, and some water to sprinkle on the girls. It's good luck to get wet on Dyngus Day...
