The battle is over music in Battle Lake, Minnesota! Mayor Bobbie Tamke (who also does hair) is proposing legislation that gives her the power to pick the music -- for those offenders who break their noise ordinance, that is. Barry Manilow, the BeeGees, you name it, if these young people don't like it, she'll torture them with it as punishment. She even got the law changed!
