Thanks for the Memos

Some time ago, about 1985, someone sent a memo from a hospital pathology unit, which described the conversion of the men's toilet into a doctor's office and the domino effect it had on the elevator's transformation into the autopsy dressing room. Needless to say, I was hooked: "Thanks for the Memos" was born.

Since that fateful moment I have received (which is not to say kept, as it quickly begins to get ridiculous) some six or seven thousand memos. This section is dedicated to the pursuit of memos. Browse our offerings and be sure to send us your own additions.

Work Station Safety

Don't stand on your desk. Don't use a chair with wheels as a stepping stool. If you're going to talk, get up and walk around that work station or you could fall and hit your head at least three times.
