Thanks for the Memos

We just wanted to let you know that though we appreciate the new double-ply toilet tissue, which is softer and more durable than the previous brand, we all find difficulty using the new dispensers. The paper keeps getting jammed, and it is not at all easy to pull out, with the result that a lot is wasted and left in shreds on the floor. We realize that the dispensers are new, but perhaps they could be recycled to another location and some more efficient model could be installed here.
